“Pretty much continuing where we left off on last year’s Risk Assessment CD (and recorded a couple of weeks after it) No Disc seems to continue some unplanned aim to expand the sounds contained within it. The Incapacitants high-speed worship of the first tape and live outings has slowed down to a deathly crawl. Think something like an early Wolf Eyes or American Tapes venture without the analogue gunk and some Tunnel Canary knockoff guitar riffings. Empty space and lurch is the name of the game. It’s not all muggy, heatstroke headaches though there’s still some fiery fizzy electronic noise from Nick’s magic fingers, obnoxious quasi-jazz-donk tangents and Gordon Ramsey spoken word cementing the looseness into a single CD so it doesn’t just fall over and get everywhere.
